It is important to note that, in the event of cancellation, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or there is a shipping error made by our team.
Exchanges due to Manufacturing Defects
If the product purchased has a manufacturing defect, you must contact our customer service team within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Technical analyses will be performed to verify the defect and, if confirmed, you may choose to:
Exchange the product for an identical one, if available in our stock;
Receipt of a voucher for the full value of the product to be used on future purchases;
Full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs, if applicable.
Exchanges for Other Reasons
If you wish to exchange the product for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team for the necessary guidance.
In this case, the exchange will be subject to stock availability and payment of any differences in value, if applicable. The customer will be responsible for the return and reshipment shipping costs, except in cases where the shipping error was made by our team.
