  • The return address is the same as the sender’s address on the shipping label.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of product receipt. To exercise this right, contact our customer support team within this period for further instructions.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use or tampering, and accompanied by all accessories and manuals.
  • The refund will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be in compliance with this policy.
  • If you cancel your order, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or there has been a shipping error on our part.

Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact our customer service team within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.

After a technical analysis to verify the defect, if confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Exchange the product for an identical item, if available in stock.
  • Receive a voucher for the full value of the product, to be used for future purchases.
  • Full refund, including shipping costs (if applicable).

Exchanges for Other Reasons

If you wish to exchange the product for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

  • The exchange will be subject to stock availability and possible price differences.
  • The customer is responsible for both the return and re-shipping costs, except in cases where the error was made by our team.

General Conditions

  • Gift Cards: Purchases made using gift cards (if available) will not be eligible for payments through Klarna (if available).
  • Shipping Policy: Orders placed on our website take 5 to 10 days to be shipped and delivered. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Personalized Products: The maximum delivery time for personalized products is 30 business days.
